Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) is an indigenous non-profit organization incorporated in Nigeria to provide health technical assistance to the Nigerian government and Nigeria’s public health sector. It was established in 2009 as an affiliate of FHI360 to sustain and improve FHI360’s achievements in strengthening indigenous organizational capacity in Nigeria.

AHNi’ s headquarters is located in Abuja. The staff consists of a team of experts and professionals who work to ensure the fulfillment of the organization’s vision and mission of enabling socio-economic development and of improving lives in Nigeria through the mutually dependent strengths of programs in public health and research.

AHNi implements projects in HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, health systems strengthening, and sexual and reproductive health/family planning. AHNi also offers technical assistance and service delivery in integrated maternal, neonatal and child health (IMNCH), monitoring and evaluation (M&E), laboratory support, behavior change communication (BCC), policy and legislation, gender, public-private partnership (PPP), and grants management.
